Junior Tile Installer
We are looking for a novice tile installer to join our installation team to start immediately. This position is full time. Experience is an asset, but not required.
Experienced Hardwood Installer
We are looking for an a hardwood installer to with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. This is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Commercial Project Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to lead flooring projects from bid to completion. This is a dynamic role where estimating, relationship-building, and on-site coordination all come together to deliver exceptional results.
You’ll be responsible for securing new work, planning and managing projects, and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do
Identify and secure new project opportunities through bid platforms, industry networks, and internal leads
Prepare accurate estimates by evaluating materials, labour, equipment, and project scope
Review construction drawings and specifications to develop competitive tenders
Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors
Manage project schedules, budgets, and onsite execution from start to finish
Oversee subcontract installers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and installers
Stay up to date on flooring products, installation methods, and industry best practices
Help implement and optimize estimating tools, cost tracking systems, and project management software
