986 Heywood is a four-storey, 21-unit condominium development in Victoria’s Fairfield neighbourhood. Natural materials ground the palette while minimalist finish details created a sophisticated modern design. Suites feature engineered European sourced Hakwood flooring throughout the living areas, large format single sheet custom tiled backsplashes and 100% wool carpet in the bedrooms. Spa-like bathrooms include large format tile curbless walk-in showers with skirted alcove tiled walls.
